Showcase 2026 will be held Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in historic Downtown Cambridge. Vendors will receive setup and arrival instructions before the event.

Information Booth Guidelines

Please review the following requirements before submitting your application:

Information Booth spaces are free.
Booths are intended for community outreach, education, demonstrations, and sharing resources.
No products, food, raffle tickets, memberships, or services may be sold.
Organizations must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, weights, and booth supplies unless other arrangements are approved.
Tents and canopies must be securely weighted.
Booth representatives must remain with the booth during event hours.
Setup and breakdown instructions will be provided before the event.
Booth spaces may not be transferred to another organization.
Showcase 2026 is a rain-or-shine event.
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or booth placement.
