Section 3: Vendor Setup

Full Setup Dimensions*

Enter the total length, width, and height of your setup. Include the vehicle, trailer hitch, awnings, serving windows, tents, tables, signs, and any equipment placed outside the main unit.

Section 4: Utilities and Cooking Equipment

List every item that requires electricity and include the voltage, wattage, or amperage for each item.

How will you collect and remove wastewater, grease, and cooking oil?

Explain how you will safely store and remove wastewater, grease, and cooking oil. These materials may not be poured onto streets, sidewalks, landscaping, event grounds, or into storm drains.

Section 5: Licenses, Insurance, and Safety

Food Service License or Permit Number

Enter your current food service license or permit number, if available. Approved vendors must provide all required permits and licenses before the event.

Section 6: Event Participation

Showcase 2026 will be held Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in historic Downtown Cambridge. Vendors will receive setup and arrival instructions before the event.

Special Requests or Accessibility Needs

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but specific locations, utilities, and arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

Section 7: Food Vendor Fee

The food vendor fee is $100 for approved applications submitted by August 7, 2026. The fee increases to $110 after August 7, 2026. Applications will not be accepted after September 4, 2026. Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed by the Showcase Committee. Approved vendors will receive payment instructions separately. The applicable fee is based on the date the application is submitted.

Section 8: Tricky Tray Donation

Showcase includes a Tricky Tray fundraising activity featuring donated items from participating vendors and community partners. Donations help support Dorchester Center for the Arts and its programs.
