Experience the beauty of calligraphy along with the peacefulness it can bring. Savor the present moment making conscious strokes using the broad-edged pen. Students will view some historical examples of beautiful writing and soak in the tradition of the ancient scribes. This introductory class will present the Uncial hand of ancient Ireland, as depicted in The Book of Kells. Suitable for beginners, left-handers, right-handers, and everyone who loves beautiful writing.
