The Plein Air Painters of the Chesapeake Bay present “Shared Visions”. The Plein Air Painters of the Chesapeake Bay (PAPCB) focuses on capturing the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay region, PAPCB paints on waterfront lands, in nature preserves, on working farms, and in towns and villages.
