(Online) Deconstructing Color in Modern Masters: Hands-On! With Nina Weiss

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 24, 2021

In this online class; students will study select historical paintings to understand and re-create. Nina will present an overview of color theory; color groupings, and color contrast. Select portions of paintings or entire paintings will be deconstructed and recreated by students in the paint medium of their choice. Examples of colorists studied are Picasso, Monet, Van Gogh, Vermeer, and Hockney.

Length – 4 Weeks:
Tuesdays (6:30 – 8:30 pm)
Session II: August 3 – 24
Cost – $110 Members, $ 140 Non-members
