In this intermediate-colored pencil class, students will explore in-depth how to mix brilliant and subtle colors, how to develop an eye for understanding how to layer colors with effective undertones, and how to bring works to life through burnishing. Students will touch on relevant aspects of the color wheel and work with regular and watercolor pencils. Prior experience with colored pencils is suggested, but not required.
