Vienna Town Hall: Tuesdays August 16, 23, and 30. 1-3pm

Church Creek Firehouse: Thursdays August 11, 18 and 25. 3-5pm

To capture the stories from Dorchester County residents, DCA is pleased to support two 3-week workshops in August to help write a personal short story. Can be any age and any story and if it takes place in Dorchester County even better! These short memoir stories will be shared in a reading in the oral/storytelling tradition at DCA in a program in the Fall and recorded along with a photo portrait done of each of the participants. Support will be given to guide participants through the writing and editing process. There can be assistance provided with writing as well if needed. Program is free.
