SUMMARY:Internal Energy Arts with Kevin Moaney
DESCRIPTION:The internal energy arts consists of Qi Gong\, Tai Chi\, Tai Chi Chuan\, Yoga\, acupuncture\, meridian tapping\, vibrational healing sounds\, and meditation. These ancient practices originated thousands of years ago and were used to improve vitality\, to assist in the healing process of the body\, to improve organ function\, to improve balance and mobility\, and to relieve stress. \nThis class will focus on Qi Gong (vital energy cultivation)\, some Tai Chi\, and meditation. The goal is for the practitioner to play a bigger role in their overall healthcare and establish peace\, harmony\, and balance in their individual life. Open to ages 21 and up. \nLength: 6 weeks \nThursdays 6-7pm\nSession I: October 14 – November 18\nCost – $65 Members\, $95 Non-members
