Collage: Yes, You Are An Artist
This is a basic introduction to making collages, a simple and inexpensive craft that can provide hours of entertainment (good to share with kids of all ages as a pastime). Instructor’s own examples will be provided for example and discussion, as well as books for inspiration. Students will make an intuitive collage during class on 8 x 11.5 plain paper but are free to bring their own cardstock or larger bases if they prefer. Students who attended the Signature making class should consider bringing their signature/journals. Magazines to share for collage fodder are welcome. Adults only. No previous experience required.
